We are mostly creatures of habit.

Even in exercising, it's usually the same routines and activities.

What new activities /types or exercises would you like to try at least once?

I'd like to run a ½ marathon. Being that it's a struggle just to walk a 2K, that marathon's not gonna happen..LOL!!

I'm debating whether or not husband and I will do the Arthritis 1 mile Walk this December. It's called the Jingle Bell Walk/Run. It's been over a year since I've done a fast mile walk competition. A mile is easy for most people, but not for me. Will see if I can push myself to do the necessary training before hand.

The last time I did the Arthritis Walk, the weather was beautiful!! A sweatshirt was enough to be comfortable. You never know what early December will be like here. I get really hot when I walk, too, so I don't even need a hat or I'd sweat too much if I do the Walk. J, on the other hand, would need to bundle up! Even if the weather's bad and we couldn't make it, the money spent would go to a good cause. Will see!
