No, I would not. The added travel expense would eat up any savings you might have with lower cost foreign surgery. Besides, if something went wrong, I'd want to be near home for the close support of my loved ones.

The only reason I would go overseas for surgery would be if the surgery wasn't available in Australia.

I've decided to do that too Hilary, so I told my dh that I don't ever plan to try to look younger with surgery and if he felt he needed me too then he should go look for a "newer model"... hahahaha.

I will be considering cosmetic surgery in the future. As I continue losing weight, this "turkey gobbler" thing is beginning to show up on my neck. Hate that!! After I reach my weightloss goal, I'm planning on looking into getting that thing fixed. I don't want it stretched tight for that would just look silly. I just want it reduced. The lines on my face, though, can stay put.

I would not be doing this for my husband for he thinks I'm beautiful and tells me so often. I would be doing this only for me so I wouldn't have to see that gobbler in the mirror anymore!!

In any of the photos you have posted, I have never noticed a gobbler thing going on , D. Are you just getting ready for T day ?

LOL!! No silly goose, I am not just getting ready for T day!! LOL!!

You know how skin gets loose as older women lose weight. Well, mine is getting that way under my chin. I try to hide such things in photos. ::gobble gobble::

No I would not have plastic surgery.

I don't like looking older, but heck everyone is ageing,so be happy with what you have.
