Snacking: hmmmm one of my favorite activities ;O)
There are lots of healthy snacks. One has to decide if they just want something low calorie, like those 100 calorie snack packs, so they can lose weight, or if they want something both low calorie and healthy too! That would not be the 100 calorie snack packs. We need to know what to look for and what to look out for and must never forget that food manufactures lie to us all the time!!
