Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

I was able to get the graphic working and hence post the thread for this week.

SOOOO, that means we still have to do our exercises and healthy living routines this week.

Darn!  When ya need the thing to fail, it works, go figure.  LOL

Have a good healthy week friends and be sure to report in when you can.

Well I've had enough exercise in the past few days to last me a year. Hardly time to eat , to tired to do so anyway if I had time. I raked a bit today in my 5 minutes spare time, did some exercise bike yesterday. Need to add that to my daily things to do ( not the list of to do's that don't get done but just like you wash your face and brush your teeth , I need to do some pedaling. For the past week my knees just buckle and I start to fall down... I don't know when it will happen but glad I'm next to something to catch myself when it does. I am not holding baby Mike while standing, just sitting down. Other than that all is fine. So have a good week everyone.

Water good .. food is mostly ok :)

Hope you find some time to rest Suzan as well as get some things done especially eating ; ) Its good that you've had something nearby to keep from falling when your knees buckle. Hopefully time on the exercise bike will help with that.

Catching up here!!

Ouuu..Suzan..Good you got the graphic to work!! I haven't tried any of that yet, just haven't felt like messing with it, so I still don't have my avatar or sig showing yet. I'll get to it one of these days!!

Suzan..Glad you're able to do a bit more now and nice you could get some exercise in, but scary on your knees still buckling!! Stay close to furniture to catch yourself!

Hugs..Glad you're walking with your friend still, or again. Sounds like you're doing great as usual with the healthy stuff!!

Gail..So-so is better than not-not!! Good for you!!

It's so good to see you gals here!! I know you'll keep up the good work too!!

I'm doing okay again now too. I gained while on vacation, but have lost all of that now except for one more pound that will come off soon and then I'll be heading towards goal again. I have 18 more lbs to go to goal.

Some other good stuff going on that I'll brag about..lol! Saturday at my TOPS Fun Day, I was given three awards. I won 2nd place as the biggest loser of our area. I don't know how many people there are in my area, but there were 113 people at  Fun Days and that was a small amount of the area total. So, I won 2nd place out of a LOT of people! I also got an award for 2nd place in the most consecutive weeks of losing before a gain. Then the third award was a family award with my sis-in-law for pounds lost in the family team competition. My chapter won several awards too. It was a good day!!

More...Last night at my TOPS meeting, I was the biggest loser of the week again with a 5.4 lb loss!!
