I am doing well on this front at the moment.
Had a good weigh-in at TOPS tonight. I lost another 2.6 pounds!! Yay me!!
I'm staying right on track..walking..trying to drink more water..other exercise..not giving in to any food temptations..cutting down on portions..watching the scale go down! :)
It's a good feeling!!
My friend is a VERY strong woman but she told me nothing really prepares you for it being YOU if you kwim.
