I'm planning on keeping up the good work I've been doing and am looking forward to another good weigh-in Tuesday night!! Let's all stay strong and do the right things to take good care of ourselves!! :)
Getting outside and playing "pick up sticks" in the yard this week (lol)! I use a wheelbarrow--a lot of bending picking up, fill up a wheel barrow, then I walk and dump it on the burn pit. The walking helps to keep my back from getting sore after all of the bending. So, I mix it up bending, lifting, walking!
Fixed grilled fish and veggies last night for supper--and a chef salad tonight (ok, so I had some parmesan dressing but just a little (lol)! Cut back on the meat (chicken) and added black beans for protein.

Whew, did I ever luck out!! We had dinner last night at my DH's sisters house and I knew there would be bad for me foods there!! Weighed this morning and I did not gain anything!! ::BIG SMILE::
B) Corn Chex, skim milk, raisins
L) 1 ww bread with peanut butter
D) skinless roasted chicken, mashed pots, cream gravy, tossed salad, vadalia onion dressing, pasta salad, sugar free fluffy pudding type of banana salad, 2 homemade biscuits with butter, cherry pie and ice cream. Whew..that was a LOT!!!
Today...back to feeling hungry all day long!!Interesting how all of that food did not tempt me to going back to that kind of over eating! I'd much rather eat little and feel hungry!!
