SB HEALTHY ME: April 23rd - April 29th



Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

I maintained my weight last week 'cause I messed up big time towards the end of the week.

Okay! I'll do my very best, despite a hip that has other plans, lol. I've got to get back to my routine of walking on the treadmill and back to my old food plan. And back to writing down my meal plan!

Suzan's Monday: ate healthy, rice cake (no salt version) for snack just now, OJ and water for bevs, had a massage, ironed (4 shirts , a pr of jeans and 2 pj's not much) , did some laundry, rested but could not sleep, no other exercise, but can't right now so won't right now. ;O)
