26th .. great start! Finally I was able to exercise some. It is the key to me maintaining my weight. Did 5 k's on my treadmill which, considering how much I paid to have it fixed, worked without a hiccup thankfully! Oatmeal for breakfast and fingers crossed on food choices and portion control for the rest of the day. There is no chocolate left here .. phew!
27th was a good day too! I burned 718 calories in the gym on the treadmill and then spent over half an hour in the weight room. School is back here so I left home at 5.38 a.m. and got home before the school zones kicked in .. thinking although this means I don't do the 7 a.m. class it is the better deal!
Food portions were good but had a chocchip muffin in the afternoon ..no worries!
