Lots of chocolate in my house... if you need a piece I'll send it to you. I'm not eating it though,, but it IS there. LOL

The treadmill calculates them. Not very accurate but just like it shows the time, distance, heartrate etc.

27th was a good day too! I burned 718 calories in the gym on the treadmill and then spent over half an hour in the weight room. School is back here so I left home at 5.38 a.m. and got home before the school zones kicked in .. thinking although this means I don't do the 7 a.m. class it is the better deal!

Food portions were good but had a chocchip muffin in the afternoon ..no worries!

I do need to drink more water and less coffee!

26th .. great start! Finally I was able to exercise some. It is the key to me maintaining my weight. Did 5 k's on my treadmill which, considering how much I paid to have it fixed, worked without a hiccup thankfully! Oatmeal for breakfast and fingers crossed on food choices and portion control for the rest of the day. There is no chocolate left here .. phew!
