SB HEALTHY ME: April 2nd - April 8th
Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!
Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.
Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!
Water: Did you drink enough?
Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Still not a good player here.
Well, I started out the week well - I walked on the treadmill a little while. I still can't go far or fast, but I do what I can.
I've done okay with my food choices. Haven't lost, but haven't gained, so I count that as a good thing and will work harder to lose something this week.

I am a bit like Ann on not being a huggy person but you are right ..
lol, I suppose she does, but even with the hugs and holding I do with her, I don't think I'm as demonstrative as her other grandma.

I was doing really well foods and looking forward to a good weigh-in tomorrow night...and then it happened. Husband brought home brownie bites!!
