Getting back on track, again, with my plan of three sensible meals and 3 healthy snacks. Still working on walking on the treadmill 1/4 to 1/3 of a mile, at least 5 times a week, in addition to walking as much as possible doing errands, and keeping up the tea and water consumption and keeping my Diet Cokes to one a day.

I've done okay on the plan so far today (weekends are harder than weekends) and have had some smiles doing miscellaneous things outside, as dh works on spiffing up the van (someone is coming to look at it!). Just goofy stuff - some spraying of water, some trying to trip me with the hose, some throwing of ice in retaliation, lol.

Glad you had a good Sunday Ann,
Hope that someone buys the van too!
Your time outside sounds like fun, LOL
Keep up the great job :smileyhappy:

Sounds like spiffing up the van is a good fun thing for the two of you! Maybe you should consider keeping the van... ? ;O)

No, the van served its purpose and it wasn't worth the licensing and insurance fees to keep it. We sold it on Sunday. Apparently, the spiffing up worked, lol.

I stayed on track yesterday and when I went to the doctor today, I found out I'd lost a pound! That was the only good news I got on that visit, though.

So far today has gone pretty well, too.

Yes, it was way more comfortable to ride in than the ambulance, but the ambulance has way more storage space and space for Tom's kayak, so it's the better camping vehicle. And the money we got for the van almost pays for the ambulance, so it really is a win win situation!
