SB HEALTHY ME: Aug 13thth-Aug 19th
Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!
Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.
Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!
Water: Did you drink enough?
Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

This week will be a bit unusual, due to the diet I've got to be on most of the time. So....
I'll stick to the low salt plan as best I can, I'll exercise as often as I feel up to it (so tired, lol) and I know I'll be drinking lots of liquids - tea and water with lemon, mostly. And the end of the week, when I can go back to regular eating, I'll try to stay with snacking on fruit and vegetables and keeping up my water/tea intake.
I don't know how many smiles I'll feel like giving during the week, but I'll do the best I can to stay cheerful.

Suzan!! Glad to see you!! You had us worried a bit, but were hoping you were off on a spur of the moment trip or something else nice like that!!
I'm still doing great, staying right on track, no cheating at all and no problems sticking with it!! We're exercise walking most days, I've added more strengthening exercises and always drinking 8 to 10 glasses (usually 10 & sometimes more) of water plus two glasses of hot tea per day. Continuing to work on posture, keeping my head up while walking and sitting gracefully into chairs. Looking forward to weighing in Tuesday night!!
I hope the results of sticking to this plan will be so good that it will motivate you to continue. Think positive thoughts, it can help!!

Well, if my old scale is to be believed, I've lost 4 pounds in the last week or so! I guess there is a good side to this restricted diet I'm on! I hope I can keep up the losing trend once I'm back on "real" food, lol.
As for exercise, I did some gardening over the weekend, and got in a little extra walking when doing errands, but that's about it. I'll get back to my usual treadmill walking once this week and its crazy schedule is over.
Still not a lot of smiles, but I'm trying
