Went for a walk yesterday, had cake (strawberry) and also a pizza for lunch. Not the best choices but it was fun. Gotta get back on the band wagon, knees are getting all stiff and inflexible again.... hmmmmmm

I haven't gained any weight all summer, so that is a huge plus!

I am going to start on my plan. I've done it before, I can do it again. And I'll do my best to remember to come in here and post my successes - or failures - every day.

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.
Yesterday I walked, but only around the yard a little. Not really a walk, but more than nothing.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!
I have a plan in writing for the week, and so far I'm doing well on it, lol.

Water: Did you drink enough?
I'm trying! That's the best I can say right now.

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.
Just doing my own plan. Using the one that worked for me at one time.

Smiles and Hugs: Give and Get?
I'm not a "huggy" person, and neither is dh, so hugs are few and far between around here.

Walking around the yard, while not a marathon, is still exercise and much better than just a couch potato routine for sure.
I also don't follow any diet plans, I know what I need to do to either be healthy or lose weight and I just do it when I need to. Better that way.

Glad you got to talk to/see your dd and gdd, so how are they?
