Went for a walk yesterday, had cake (strawberry) and also a pizza for lunch. Not the best choices but it was fun. Gotta get back on the band wagon, knees are getting all stiff and inflexible again.... hmmmmmm
I haven't gained any weight all summer, so that is a huge plus!
We bought a pizza this weekend too.
As I posted above, the gym was great fun this morning and I am looking forward to going back on Wednesday!
I am going to start on my plan. I've done it before, I can do it again. And I'll do my best to remember to come in here and post my successes - or failures - every day.
