Yesterday was good.   Took an almost 2 mile walk in the park in the morning.  Went to the gym in the afternoon, 30 min on the elliptical, several upper body machines, and a little more on the treadmill.

Ate cereal and banana, pork chop and steamed yellow squash, salad with raspberry vinegrette and a few snacks.

Watched dd's first official volleyball match and they won in 3 games.

As soon as I get this Dr appt over today I'll feel better.

I think it is neck related, at least the muscles in the neck.  Also I guess I overdid the cruising' around with dil from place to place and from lunch to lunch,   just can't do so much anymore....  I did sleep last night and plan to again tonight ... Dh & ds arrive home tonight after a VERY successful business trip.   Glad they will be back.

Congrats to all of you on the guys VERY successful business trip!! Those are some of the things that make life even better!!

It's a hard adjustment doing less. Remember it takes a good year to recuperate from substantial surgery. You have a ways to go yet and you might not ever be able to do as much, but, hopefully, it will get better. Acceptance is hard, I know. Good you slept well, that helps.

No I don't feel buffed up at all lol.  More like sore and "whoops I overdid it again".

Just got back from the Dr, she did another ultrasound and wants to do needle biopsies on two spots.  Darn it she couldn't do it today, I have to wait two weeks!

Thanks Donna.  We love going to volleyball games even though many are far away, we drive as far as we can.  It's our entertainment. lol

I just told in Suzan's post about my Dr appt.  :smileysad:

I want to get it over with.

Sure will.  I'm not worried, I feel like it's not anything.  Not even going to think about it for two weeks if possible.

Good attitude!! That's how I am, too, when they call me back for a sonogram.
