Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!
Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Another week, same old plan, lol. I did well last week with my walking, so I'll keep that up and I'll continue to write down my food plan - and to try to stick to it better than I did last week (blush). I've made up a fresh batch of lemon water (which I'm becoming quite fond of!) and I'll give what smiles I can and accept any smiles and hugs that may come my way, lol.

I lost another 2.2 lbs at TOPS weigh-in tonight. I'm staying right on track with foods, water and exercise, am in week 16 now and have not cheated at all during all of that time. It sure is paying off too!! Loving this!! Getting and giving smiles!!

So happy that you're doing so well
I started out my day very well! I needed a few things at the grocery store. There is a store about three quarters of a mile from me (if I cut across a field and a parking lot) that I used to walk to regularly, before I backslid and stopped walking very far. The weather was decent, my back and legs felt pretty good, I had the time, so I grabbed my money and a little cloth bag and set off for the store! The way back was harder than the way there and I stopped once to catch my breath (telling myself this was not a race, I could walk slower if I wanted to, lol) but, one thing about walking somewhere - you're committed to walk home, too, lol. So I caught my breath, slowed down and am now basking in the feeling of accomplishing about a mile and a half walk!
