Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

my goodness gracious! Not one entry so far,, now aren't we all a bunch of lazy bums this week.

Hop to girls,,, up/down , up/down, pull in that tummy, work up a sweat, put that ice cream back in the freezer, go hug someone.

Thanks Suzan! I am sick with another cold and didn't go to the gym this week at all ::sigh:: Drank some wine, ate too much but won't have time to indulge my bad habits today or tomorrow. Too much to do! The rain around for a week doesn't help things. I need to find some more *classes* to do on the web. They cheer me up and I get lost in the challenge of them and don't have time to eat LOL!

Hey, girlfriend, I need you to come here and say that stuff to me in person...every day!!! LOL!!

I've been walking Monday & Tuesday and lifting my 5 lb hand weights twice a day. Didn't get much walking in today, though, but did do my weights.

So you are not a lazy bum,, just the rest of us... that's OK.
As for your classes, maybe one teaching you how to put barks on pet siggies or waaaaaaaaahhhhs on the baby siggies... LOL
