Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

I walked on the treadmill today and plan to walk some more by parking farther away from the buildings I'll go to when in town running errands today.

I'm sticking pretty well to my food plan, but I don't know if I've lost any more than the last time I weighed myself.

WTG Ann, sticking to the food plan is great! Wish I could say the same,, I am just terrible this summer...
Do you weigh yourself every day? I don't (for me too depressing LOL ) Once a week is enough for me, and always when I come out of the shower as I don't want to know how much I weigh in clothes.. LOL
So WTG and keep it up!

OK on the water, hugs, smiles and portions. Been doing some leg stretches and mowed the lawn today and lugged some bags of clippings. No big thing, but all movement helps keep me limber.

great idea going with a friend! our mamms are every 2 years also over here.
