I rested on Sunday (mentally).
I'm totally stressed out with this garden renovation, so many little details and my mind is protesting.

Played indoor ball with Coffee this morning that was fun. Will iron later on, and use the stationary bike a bit.

Lots of fruit in the house to munch on, I have to get off my sugar kick once again... such a nasty habit.

Hope you have a successful week..... keep trying everyone and keep going, don't be hard on yourself, just keep at it,, baby steps are better than no steps at all. :O)

So sorry this garden renovation is taking its toll on your Suzan and glad you got to rest some. I bet Coffee enjoyed the ball playing. Using fruit for your sugar kick is a good idea!

I messed up big time this last weekend but went to the gym yesterday morning for a fabulous class. What a difference a trainer makes! Back on track now with no real damage done. Hoping the sun shines today so we can take a walk around a park with Oliver!

For sure .. good luck everyone this week!

I'm feeling better tonight, but we were very exhausted since they worked until 8:30pm so we just went up to the McD's for dinner. It isn't the healthiest at all but we did choose a simple salad over the fries.

I'm still doing well on my food plan and exercise, and it shows on the scale.

Hi gals! Thought I'd better check in here!! I'm doing okay, but ate too much bread last week. Still, though, I lost another 0.6 lbs at my TOPS weigh-in. Not a lot, but a loss is a loss and I was happy with that!! It didn't help that I bought french bread to go with our dinner tonight!! I never buy it, especially because it's white flour, but sometimes there's something that I just have to have! Other than that, I am on track, though, and doing well with it. J and I are walking too. Today I walked around stores with my DD1 & DGD and that was all I could take. Tomorrow and Friday we'll have both of my youngest grandloves here all day and that alone will be a lot of exercise for me!! I might leave them here with Grandpa, though, and go do my walking alone. Will see.

Hope you're all doing well too! I'm going to read up on what you've all been up to now!! Stay strong!!

Just keep thinking that soon it will be over and it will be beautiful!! You're finally getting it done..or most of it anyway!! Yay!!

That all sounds good!! Hope your knees are doing better now.

Oh, yes, that sugar is nasty for sure!! Sad that something so good is so bad for us and so hard to get away from!!

Hope you have a successful week..... keep trying everyone and keep going, don't be hard on yourself, just keep at it,, baby steps are better than no steps at all. :O)
Thank you and wishing you the same!! Forward is the only way to go for me!! We all slip up sometimes, but getting right back on track is the only way!!
