SB HEALTHY ME: Dec 10th - Dec 16th



Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Exercise: Didn't get to exercise all that much this weekend, due to the brutal bout I had with "Aunt Flo". Had the worst migraines and bloating imaginable. Only real exercise I had was shopping on Saturday, and by the end of the day, my feet were so sore (wore high heeled boots).

Healthy diet choices: Again, I was on my period, so I didn't make that many good choices. I tend to crave fast food and junk food during that time of the month, so of course, it wasn't pretty. Actually ate two Whoppers (that BOGO 55 cent deal). Also ate an entire bag of chips. In other words, my diet wasn't that great at all.

Water: Drank water, and especially green tea (excellent diuretic). Helped a lot with the bloating.

Megan...Ughhh on the AF nightmare!! Next week will be much better for you!!

Yikes on the junk food and fast food!! Again..next week will be better..lol!!

I drink a lot of green tea every day too. I love my teas!!

Well, I did it all...ate only small portions of healthy foods...drank a LOT of water...exercised every day...but only lost 2 lbs at my TOPS weigh in!! I have 3.4 lbs to go to reach my goal by next Tuesday night!! Yikes!! Not sure I can lose that much in a week, but I'll be giving it my best shot as that is my deadline!! At home I only have 1.4 lbs to lose to reach goal. Of course I weigh first thing in the morning, though, and weigh fully clothed at night at TOPS. Sure makes a difference!!

I DID IT!!! Tonight I reached my TOPS weightloss goal. Actually weighed in at 2.2 lbs under goal!! I was so excited that my heart was pounding, I was shaking and teary!! Very emotional moment when I got on that scale!! Thank you all for your support through all of this!!

I was also the biggest loser for the week with a 5.8 lb loss!! Wow!! Had no idea I had lost that much in one week!! We all brought a dish of food to share and it was so great to be eating different foods again!! I'm going to enjoy all the foods throughout the Christmas celebrations we'll be going to through the rest of this week and next week. Then I'll be hitting the diet foods heavy again after that to undo the damage before going back to TOPS on Jan. 8th!!

Now maintence begins...I know I can do this too...after Christmas week!! lol
