I was feeling really "crummy" lately,, so I got up my nerve and stepped on the scales to see what damage had been done over Tday and my huge 12 day
Well, woke up at 7am and looked out at the snow.
I've done well sticking to my food plan for the past two days, but exercising is still lacking.

Drank much water, ate really small portions of healthy food

Doing 3 periods throughout the days on your bike sounds like a good idea! I wouldn't be able to keep it up myself, but it's a good idea for you..LOL!! I hate exercise too!! I used to love walking, walked every day like forever. It's just so much physically harder now after all of my surgeries and this darned chronic pain!! I kept it up, though, but hit a snag and haven't done it consistently for three or four months now. Tonight the walking was all over our giant grocery store!! I walk my stairs too, just for the exercise and I lift hand weights; but just not enough.
Amazing that you didn't gain any weight while eating all that good/bad food in Ankara!! Amazing how you instantly felt better, or less crummy, after finding that out..LOL!
Good for you in drinking lots of water too!! Wow..you're setting a great example for the rest of us!! I'm doing better with the water, but 6 glasses a day is all I care to drink!

How nice of the dog groomer to say you have a lovely voice and a gentle manner. Words like that sure make us food good about ourselves!
