hmmmm, well gardening became " my donmain " since we moved here. I don't really know how but it did. Yes it is very strenous and we have to be careful. Your dh will just have to do some indoor less strenuous chores like stacking the dishwasher, sitting and folding laundry, dusting. Someone has to do it,,, right?

You cleaned your car... hmmmmm, better do minie soon too, as it may snow again real soon and that is a pain to clean the car when it's snowing. I need windsheild wiper fluid to be put in,,,,, (oh, dh .....where are you???)

I'm sorry your dh is not doing real well, that will get better, but he too will have changes in his routine I'm sure, they willl effect you adn your routine, but that 's life right? sigh. Your weight will come off real soon.

Take it easy, Hilary. First rest and add some fruits (citrus if possible) to your diet for extra Vit C and then rest some more. Have to feel all better before you get back to the gym and etc etc.

Oh I loved it.
That is sooooooooo true.
I threw away a bag of cookies today. GASP! REally I did, that felt good , like a start in the right direction.
