I haven't managed to get back on track yet. A friend emailed me and asked if I had managed to yesterday. After replying this afternoon I decided to go for a walk and got in 6,919 aerobic steps. I won't make the grade with calories today but hopefully I can get my head together by tomorrow and get back on track as I know I need to do. I have let dh's health get me down and that is silly 'cause it only makes things worse if I am not happy with myself if you know what I mean.

I am so far off track that I can't even see the track!!! It's going to be a rough rocky road to recovery!! I still have four more eating out occasions this week!! Yikes!! My TOPS weigh-in is going to be so embarrassing!!

Sorry to hear your husband is having health problems again. You probably wrote about it somewhere else, too, but I missed it. I'm far behind on reading posts. I hope he'll be better very soon!!

To ALL:
I join the group in saying this wasn't my best week. But I have HIGh hopes that next week will be better, for sure all remnants of Christmas goodies will be gone from my home, so out of temptation's way.
Let's not be hard on ourselves. We just need to want this badly enough, and so next week we'll all start working harder at it.

Did fair for Thursday. All was good except food choices. Did get in plenty of fruits and veggies. However there are still tempting treats around the house

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas.
