SB HEALTHY ME: Dec 3rd - Dec 9th
Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!
Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.
Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!
Water: Did you drink enough?
Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Well, last week was pretty much wasted, but I started this week off well, eating sensibly and walking on the treadmill for awhile. And all the trips up and down the stairs today will help, too.

I'm eating ok & drinking lots of water,
Sadly not really exercising much though ::sigh::
My friend is unable to walk for a while so I am just being lazy ::blush::
Good thing I have stairs to climb to get to my computer :)

Have to say thanks to the furkidsĀ I do go up & down the stairs way too many times to count, LOL
My back .. well has me puzzled.
Last few days has been hurting on a different side .. I don't get it

Just afraid it's not going to be an easy fix ::sigh::
Well, I already spoke of my good news in another post up there somewhere, so this is partly a repeat. I lost 6 lbs at last night's weigh-in and was the biggest loser of the week again. I have two weeks to get the last 5.6 lbs off to reach my TOPS goal. Working hard on it and I think I can do it!!
We did a lot of walking today...grocery store..dgs's concert at his school..visiting someone in a very large hospital with a LOT of walking to get to their room and back to the parking garage!! It felt good to be walking so much, though, and doing so very much better at it than before I lost the weight!!
Drinking lots of water and tea getting and giving lots of smiles!!
That's my stuff for now. Very tired and need to get to bed. I'll catch up with the rest of you tomorrow or soon.
