OK, l'll start and hope I'm not the only one....
I hear you gals on getting the husbands to exercise too!! Mine will walk if I say, we're going out for exercise walking now, get dressed!! I mean, change into better clothes than the hang around the house stuff..lol! He used to walk early every morning..by himself as that's too much activity for my mornings!! That didn't last when the weather got colder though. He's not golfing anymore now either due to the cold temps. We really do need to get to "kitchen dancing"! I got out the oldies dance music CD, it's right here in front of me. Maybe tomorrow we'll use it and dance!! We must keep our men moving as well as ourselves! You gals are doing well with foods too..good!!
I've been doing quite well with all the things I've been doing that include eating out! With all the walking involved and stair climbing and such, I've actually lost another pound..nice!! I'm eating small portions and not eating desserts, except for the small piece of pound cake I ate last night, drinking my fluids and doing okay. I didn't buy any cookies at church Sunday either. The youth every year bake homemade cookies..or their moms do..and sell them for a fund raiser. I usually buy about 3 dozen and end up eating most of them myself! So, no cookie buying this year!
