SB HEALTHY ME: Feb 11th - Feb 17th
Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!
Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.
Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!
Water: Did you drink enough?
Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Suzan for Tuesday/Wed:
Slept almost all day/all night, didn't eat much (no appetite) , trying to eat some fruit as I type. Drank plenty of water /tea whenever I was awake LOL

Have eaten well, drank lots of water & walked with my friend for over an hour.

an early Monday report from Suzan:
FOOD: Ate Ok, no nasty snacks.
H2O: 2 glasses, 1 glass of blk tea with milk, one large glass of OJ, 1 glass of mineral water and am drinking herbal tea as I type. Dinner will be more water.
Exercise: plenty. Did some of the vacuuming ( 1170 sq ft worth of it), the rest I will do later this week. Stairs doing laundry, cleaned the bathroom and guest WC, took Coffee out for a brisk walk. It was invigorating,, we're in "minus" weather but the sidewalks were clear.
