SB HEALTHY ME: Feb 11th - Feb 17th



Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

an early  Monday report from Suzan:

FOOD: Ate Ok, no nasty snacks.

H2O: 2 glasses, 1 glass of blk tea with milk, one large glass of OJ, 1 glass of mineral water and am drinking herbal tea as I type.  Dinner will be more water.

Exercise:   plenty. Did some of the vacuuming ( 1170 sq ft worth of it), the rest I will do later this week.  Stairs doing laundry, cleaned the bathroom and guest WC, took Coffee out for a brisk walk.  It was invigorating,, we're in "minus" weather but the sidewalks were clear.

Sounds like your Monday was great & you did well Suzan!
Especially in those temps outside ::gasp::
Well done :)

My Monday ~
Have eaten well, drank lots of water & walked with my friend for over an hour.

Suzan for Tuesday/Wed:

Slept almost all day/all night, didn't eat much (no appetite)  , trying to eat some fruit as I type.  Drank plenty of water /tea whenever I was awake LOL

Suzan..read somewhere that you're not feeling well. Darn! Hope tomorrow is a better day!!

Hugs..nice you're getting out and walking with your friend. We need to start walking outside again now too.

I'm doing okay, better. Did not have a good weigh-in last night, as expected, and began back on the diet again today. Doing well, lots of water and tea, need to walk more, no junky weight gaining kinds of foods, have a positive attitude! Still, though, my dh will have to hide the Valentines candy I have to give him tomorrow!! Surprised

Wednesday my friend & I did another hour & a half walk, loved it!

hugs, the weather must be nice in your neck of the woods to walk for 1.5 hrs....  glad that you could,, so nice to get out there and walk and breathe in some fresh air.

Hi Donna,

WEll we knew that wouldn't be one of your better weigh ins... "c'est la vie".   You'll be right back on track real soon.   There just are certain times of the yr when one much eat the seasonal wares..... ;O)
