Not a good start! I forgot to update this week's healthy me thread: tsk tsk

So! Let's get going on pulling ourselves back to health & exercise.

I did okay over the weekend and yesterday, although I should drink more liquids. I've been slacking off on that lately.

But I'm trying to watch my portion sizes and getting my walking in - as much as I can. I still haven't got out my yoga mat and done anything about that, but I'll keep trying to get back into it soon.

And I must have been better than I thought last week, because I lost the couple pounds I'd gained! Yay me, lol! Now I think I'm back to what I was when I saw my GP doc a few weeks ago.

I overindulged a bit over the weekend, so that wasn't good. But I did lose 2 lbs. unexpectedly, so that was a small win! :)

Forgetting to update this week's healthy me thread isn't so bad Suzan. Hope you're feeling much better.

Didn't do well over the weekend nor yesterday as far as food goes and my weight is up about another 6 ozs. Thus I am up a pound total from two weeks ago. Not too bad I know, but also not the direction I want to go. Going to have to stop dragging my feet with my food choices especially with up coming weekend activities of a nearby dgd birthday and a going away dinner for our preacher and his wife.

All else has been good.

WTG on losing 2 pounds, Ann! Sounds like you're doing things right. I also need to get back into doing yoga on a more regular basis. Keep up the great work and hopefully we both will soon be doing our yoga exercise regularly.
