Hi Donna, thanks for starting this......  I've floated mine to the top even though there are no replies yet.....  no one is very serious about their health lately....  ;O)

Anyway,,,,, not me for sure,, just trying to keep it together,,, I think I'm a bit stronger today though,,, so off to the couch, a gal can get used to being lazy real fast... now the idea is to be healthy again and lazy,,,,,   LOL

hot tea here I come.

Suzan...When we float threads to the top, only we see them, no one else. We all have to dig deep down the line of threads, find the new ones and float them ourselves. Only CM's can float threads for everyone to see. Dumb plan!!

You just keep on working on getting well, that's the healthy thing for now. I can just imagine what your version of "lazy" would be. Way different from most other people's version..LOL!!

I'm always interested in healthy eating. I'm in three different challenges at TOPS and that helps to keep me going in the right direction. Besides when I eat healthy, as in no grains except for gluten free ones, no dairy and no sugar, a large amount of my chronic pains go totally away. When I begin adding those foods to my menus again, the pain comes back with a vengence. Must stay on track!!

Part of the challenge is to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, so I'm keeping up with that. That's what I normally do anyway though. My exercise today was shoveling 14" deep snow and even deeper in drifts!! Now that's some exercise!!

Hope some more join us here.

You are doing well Donna.  Drinking  that much water is no easy feat,,, but sooo very important and even more so in the winter with the germs and flus going around and the radiator heat drying out our precious nasal passages.    Now back to bed with me..... oh ugh,,,, had to cancel my cleaning lady for the 3rd week (for me ) and 2 weeks before that she was down with it....
