suz:

Monday:  rested , drank water, etc... was a good girl

Tuesday:  I drove to the supermarket to pick up some "grub".  Dh has been doing it but I really needed to get there and pick out all the things he's forgotten...  I passed the cookies and candies counters: that's a good sign.   I've been trying to eat more fruit.   Normally I would not have gone out as it was snowing but I really think I need to try to gain back some stamina after this flu.... so little by little I'll start to do stuff. (no noth cleaning).  Walking around mainly.... to improve my gait and instability.....   giving myself a gold start and I'm sure I'll sleep well tonight.

Suzan...Hope you are sound asleep now and will have a restful night.

Good you're able to get out and walk around. Hope you'll continue to get well now.

Good job on choosing fruits over sweets too!!

I've been doing okay, not great, not bad.

Getting lots of water, exercising most days, eating healthy.
Sometimes my portions could be smaller, but doing pretty good.

I've just had two days and two sleep overs of my two youngest grandloves due to another snow storm and the closing of all schools. The kids are so good and easy to take care of, but just having people in my home is exhausting with the extra work of meals and constant tidying up and entertaing them so forth. Enjoying our quiet home tonight.

Have a good week everyone!!

Hi D,

Actually the outing yesterday did me no good at all.  Feel like crap again today, the running /stuffed nose is back and I'm tired.  Just not ready for outings yet....  I could not sleep well either, I woke up in such a sweat I had to get up and change my pj's and wipe my neck,,,,   "sweating it out" I guess... hate that....

Today I was back to doing nothing, TV, a bit of reading, IVillage and em's, that 's all.....  blah.

Hi D, I agree about having people overnight.  It just breaks the routine and is tiring for some reason.  Strange about that, but true.

hope you enjoy your quiet home time tonight....
