SB HEALTHY ME: Feb 27 - March 4
Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!
Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.
Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!
Water: Did you drink enough?
Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Not having much fun around here lately but things are slowly improving!
Week is going okay so far exercise wise, water/tea are good as is smiles and hugs. Food still needs work, but isn't overly bad.
I'm still getting in my walking most days. I didn't yesterday, but I had an excuse, lol.
I've neglected drinking my water (shameful head hanging). I need to make a point to drink more fluids (and learn to spell "fluids" - it took me three tries to get it right, lol).
I'm sticking to my food plan pretty well. Still eating my planned meals and snacks and forgiving myself for occasional small slip ups, and getting back on the wagon (instead of saying "the heck with it" and blowing the rest of the day).
