That's great news Ann, you are so brave,,,, (something I've yet to do and am putting off). I would NOT wait for the dr to call you for an appointment... just call them next week so then you'll have some say when you get your appointment.... and to make sure that you do get one as quickly as possible. WTG!

I'm eating healthy--less meat, more veggies and fruits--just bought some fresh strawberries that are really sweet! Smaller portions too.

Stay hydrated--water is my number one choice for a beverage--all day long.

Made an appointment to have my annual eye exam--March 11.

I've been walking most days. Did some housecleaning--and swept the shop floor the other day.

Laughing and smiling--and have a positive attitude most days; otherwise I would proabably be crying because I can't do some things I want to do right now!

Trying to get back on track here. Work has been busy and interfering with my gym time. Got over there yesterday for the core/abs class. So that was good fast 10 minute walk over there and 10 back so getting a bit of walking in too when I do go. Today I WILL go to yoga. Drinking more water, trying to make wiser food choices.

Some {{hugs}} for you Michelle. You are doing so well. Will you be getting new glasses if your prescription changes. I want new frames at the moment. I went more for fasion than practicality last time and am regretting it. Just give me titanium, bendy type frames .. nice and light!

Nice to see you doing so well when you have so many excuses! Proud of you too and thinking I need to take a leaf out of your book at the moment! I am full of excuses at the moment.

Suzan, yes, yoga is very relaxing for me. I started doing yoga about 7 years ago when my shoulder was so bad. That along with a few cortisone shots and some great physical therapy got my shoulder moving and kept me out of surgery. It also has done so much for my back and my flexibility and balance. I LOVE doing yoga. I wish I would make myself practice at home on my own when I can't get to the noon classes at work.
