I've got to get back on track. I slipped some this past week and while Colleen was here and I noticed I'd gained about 2 pounds since last Monday!

So today it was back on my plan. Writing my food down, and sticking to what I'd written.

Tuesday over to the point of watching some TV then off to read and an early night .. as usual LOL! I put in 50 minutes on my treadmill, did 5 kilometres, burned over 400 calories and got in, for the day, just under 10,000 steps. Sitting here relieved ddil's shoulder is now back in place and she and Oliver are on the way to her Mum and Dad's place for the night. Thinking I will be getting in some weightlifting tomorrow with Oliver LOL! Have a happy day full of healthy choices you lot!

It could also be water weight. Many times when we think we've gained a bit of weight quickly, it ends up being water weight. That will disappear soon (just eat a bit less salt in the next few days).
You got in a lot of exercise for sure , that's good, walking really helps everything.

Have a successful week with your "plan",, as I know you will.

What happened to dil's shouder? (How much is Olly weighing now LOL?)

Little slow getting back on track after fumbling over the week end and am up 4 ozs. from last week. No worries though, will work off the 4 ozs plus.
