Yes exactly, when I was in HS there was talk of switching, at the time I couldn't figure out the advantage to that, but I now do think it would have been a good idea. ;O)

Still not doing as well as I could food wise, but am not doing terrible either. Think I'll still see a weight loss next week. Water/tea, exercise, hugs and smiles all good.

Mine is digital but doesn't calculate BMI etc. It registers to the 3 decimal but when I get on it I just look to see if the whole number is same , going up or going down. So far, it's been going down. Iam not really interested in those "grams/ounces", that can fluctuate throughout the day. (I do understand why Donna's TOPS meetings use it though. )

this has been yet anohter "unproductive" week for me exercise -wise. Today I'm inside, threw in a load of undies and that'll be my chore for the day. Plan to just sit on the couch, read my exciting book, watch Glee, and then sit and work on my puzzle. Just can not do more than that.
I am eating OK and drinking "mega amounts of aqua".
