I'm struggling to stay on track this week. I'm not doing really bad, but sometimes my portion size is too large (but I LIKE chicken can-can!) and I've missed a few treadmill walks. I've tried to make up a bit for them by walking extra on errands, but I don't think I get the same intensity or steady pace I do on the treadmill.
Chicken Can-Can is a casserole I make and just love. I swear I could eat it every day for the rest of my life, lol!

Couldn't exercise today. Strained the muscles across my shoulder blades last night and still hurting today. Seems to be a little better tonight, though, and am hoping I can hop on my treadmill tomorrow!
