Wish I could say I'm doing as well as Hilary is doing, but I am not. :(

The only exercise I'm getting is chasing after the grandkids today and the snow shoveling I did yesterday.

I'm cutting back on eating a bit more each day. Christmas really messed up my brain!

I know I'll get my mindset back again, just not quite there yet. I'm having to force myself to do the right things and it doesn't feel natural or comfortable yet. I did lose 2 lbs, but it's not enough. I sure am tired of this and I want the fat gone!!! I know I have to work harder and I will...baby steps.

I wish all of you well who are in this journey, too, for it isn't an easy one!

The rewards are grand though!!

No it isn't easy,,, if it was we wouldn't need this thread! LOL Hey girl don't be discouraged,,, you'll get back on track as soon as you can.... don't forget to eat fruit and veggies at least you can keep yourself healthy even if you aren't getting as skinnny as fast as you'd like. ;O)

what's wrong with your knee?
I can not run at all anymore... OK I figure there are other things to do.
Hilary if you get the chance and have some time could you post again the foot exercises for plantar facicis... (sp) thank you... mine is acting up.

Getting back on track is so hard Donna! Just eating a little bit less each day is a good beginning. I sometimes get so sick of this crap. HAVING to watch my weight 24/7. I envy some friends who have never had to but agree with you that the rewards are grand and no matter what we have to keep up the fight. My parents .. honestly .. I have a life long battle here.

I had surgery on my knee when I was 12 and they put my kneecap back on crooked I guess you could say. I have a dickie knee LOL! As long as I keep my thigh muscles strong they hold things in place but I still have to be careful!
