Still haven't got this eating under control but exercise is really good and water too!
I am typing this morning 'cause I figure by tomorrow I won't be able to move LOL!

Ice water for me or my 10 calorie mineral water.
Here it is cold in the livingroom I think because it is a step down from the rest of the house. The vents in here don't put out as much heat.It seams. Need to check that out this summer.
So anyway...I start up the wood stove and it heats up the drinks. So ice for sure. I sip all day!
May not be all water either. My glass of juice. Milk, water and vitamin drink. Water fill the space. Haven't craved pop in a long time. Last glass
GLENDA...ICE WATER?!!! Brrrrrr...can't even think about putting anything icy into my body today!!
Our furnace went out and we're waiting for the repair person to come and fix this darned thing and hoping we won't have to mortgage the house to pay for it!!! (Okay..kidding on that last part..LOL)
I can drink lots more and faster if I just drink cold tap water rather than with ice in it.
