SB HEALTHY ME: Jan 14th - 20th



Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Monday....Down 2 1/2 pounds... Cool  It is a start!!

Lots of water 64 oz...

Exercise....lots of walking and bending and cleaning at my parents

Healthy eating....supper...chicken breasts, salad, cooked carrots. and fruit...not snacking...  :)

Did fair with food and water (tea) for Monday, but did not manage to get in any exercise.

I don't like to necessarily watch what I eat either, Donna.  Would love to be able to eat what I want when I want and not have to worry about the outcome. lol

Am sure you'll do just fine, Donna!  You've lost weight before so you can do it again and at least this time it is only a few pounds.  Hang in there!!

lol  Thanks, Donna!  Not as healthy and watery as I'd of like it to be and I let other things get in the way of exercise.  But will be getting in some exercise today!

Have done plenty of slacking myself, Hugs, but I bet you'll do just fine getting back on the healthy track. WTG on the walking in Florida and WOOHOO on walking in yesterday's brrrr cold weather!!
