Its good that you are able to stick to your diet to lose weight and then find a balance that allows you to eat more yummy food after you've lost the weight that you want to lose.

HI GAIL you are smart to buy just one. That way you can have a little sweet and quench the craving without going overboard.

Thanks, Donna! Thursday was a better day. I can't imagine eating the way that you do, but am glad you found what works for you and that you do so well with it! Congrats on losing 2 more lbs!

Thanks Gail! Believe me, I only eat that way when I'm losing weight! Otherwise, I eat more yummy foods! :)

Suzan..I would have eaten plural Cadbury eggs too!! Any flavor will do, never met a Cadbury I didn't like..lol!! Unlike your dh, I'm glad I like sweets, I just wish I didn't like them so much!! Surprised Evening snacking is a hard habit to break. Good your dh doesn't snack on sweets though. True, too much fruit, especially the higher carb (sugar) ones, is not a good thing either. Thank you, I am pleased with how well I did this year. If it wasn't for my TOPS chapter and the challenges they have there, I doubt that I would have done it. Now they're helping me to stay in my leeway. No, I haven't bought anymore clothes I don't think. I'm pretty well set for the rest of winter. This spring I'll be adding some more though. I'm still wearing my big tee shirts around the house and I'll be buying new smaller ones this spring in new colors. Of course I'll probably find some other things that I'll have to have too..lol!

Don't think I've ever seen cream walnut ones.......sounds yummy!! If I buy any, I usually just buy one at a time, otherwise I would probably find myself eating more than one at least part of the time.

Hi Gail,

A cadbury egg,,, since that is in the singular "a cadbury egg"  the damage is not so bad.  I never can stop at just one....  my post would have been   "cadbury eggs"......   sigh,,, ohh but they are delicious. I like the cream walnut ones.

Back to the high road,,,,, both of us.     TTYS.
