To work towards a "healthier and happier me", I'm hoping I'll feel well enough tomorrow to get back on my treadmill!! I'm counting on it in fact!!
I've been eating the right things and keeping a food journal, exercising every day, drinking my water and tea and am looking forward to another good weigh-in Tuesday night!!

It was a pretty good weekend, but I'll have to try to tighten my plan up a bit, because I am not losing as I wanted to.
Today....went out to lunch with my folks....and only ate 1/2 of my chicken sandwich and not all the bun on the 1/2 I ate!
ANN...You have a good plan of changing things up a bit. The pounds will begin to move again as you go forward with this better plan!!
Ruth...Good for you in making wise food decisions!! Good on upping the walking too!!
Me...I was able to get back on my treadmill today. I made wise food choices all day, am drinking lots of water & tea, did other exercise and all is well!!

LOL, the boots - definitely, the mini skirt - never again!
I know I have to be patient and keep doing what I'm doing and I'll lose weight again, but this is usually where I get discouraged and fall off the wagon.
