To work towards a "healthier and happier me", I'm hoping I'll feel well enough tomorrow to get back on my treadmill!! I'm counting on it in fact!!

I've been eating the right things and keeping a food journal, exercising every day, drinking my water and tea and am looking forward to another good weigh-in Tuesday night!!

Stay strong everyone and let's all have a good healthy week!! :)

It was a pretty good weekend, but I'll have to try to tighten my plan up a bit, because I am not losing as I wanted to.

Not losing any weight for a week after having a continual loss like you'v e been doing, is nothing to be alarmed about. You've peaked and it will start up again real soon, you'll see. Just keep up the good work you've been doing. You sound better than you have Ann in a long time. I'm happy for you and your healthy plan. Don't worry, you'll be wearing those boots of yours with a mini skirt real soon.

Today....went out to lunch with my folks....and only ate 1/2 of my chicken sandwich and not all the bun on the 1/2 I ate!

ANN...You have a good plan of changing things up a bit. The pounds will begin to move again as you go forward with this better plan!!

Ruth...Good for you in making wise food decisions!! Good on upping the walking too!!

Me...I was able to get back on my treadmill today. I made wise food choices all day, am drinking lots of water & tea, did other exercise and all is well!!

Hope the rest of you are having a good day too!!

WTG Ruth! It does work parking away and walking,, I try to do that when I go to the mall. Each extra step counts.

Suzan's weekend and Monday!
I've been doing really well since I came to Ankara. Not exercising enough as am not feeling well, but have been watching my diet strictly, sticking to my fish and chicken and veggy diet, lots of water and no unhealthy desserts. Happy with myself.

LOL, the boots - definitely, the mini skirt - never again!

I know I have to be patient and keep doing what I'm doing and I'll lose weight again, but this is usually where I get discouraged and fall off the wagon.

Suzan, that's fantastic that you're really watching what you eat!! So good to keep those sweets far far away and not bring any home!! Hope you feel well enough soon to be able to exercise more. Good, you should be happy with yourself!!
