OK Gail, good that you aren't gaining... and your food choices will improve soon. It seems to me that the body needs more comfort food in the winter months (unfortunate but true) .... smile that's important!

Yoga would be a great idea, Ann. Need to get back into it again myself, but like you I never seem to find the time.

Well, I'm finally back here in the Healthy Me thread. Here's an update: WW meetings ended in mid-December at the semester break. They will start up again soon and I plan to sign back on. I have been bad about tracking my food, but I'm proud to say I lost a pound during the holidays and another pound since then. I think I owe that to never sitting down for about 4 weeks straight for more than 5 minutes at a time! The exercise programs at school started up again this week with the start of the semester. This week I went to yoga on Tues/Thurs and cardio/core on Wed. I am taking part in a study and I get some personal training and coaching sessions. This week the personal training started so I leave work a bit early on Tues/Thurs for an hour of training with a group of 5.

Oh - you won't believe - remember I lost my pedometer awhile back? Well, I bought another one and lost it while DH was in the hospital. I haven't bought a new one yet. I need to figure out what pedomenter you are all talking about that is a "pocket" pedometer.
That's it for now. I'll be trying to be better about posting here and tracking my food. Wanna get back on the weight loss track soon.
