SB HEALTHY ME: Jan 21st - 27th
Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!
Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.
Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!
Water: Did you drink enough?
Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Monday ~
Food & water fine but no walking til Wednesday, way too cold here ::sigh::
Other than doing my inside stairs that's about it :)
Tonight, Jan. 22nd, I weighed in at my TOPS meeting and I am in my leeway. I lost 6.8 lbs this past week. Now I'll be figuring out what the best way is for me to do maintenance. I can do it and I'm pretty good at it, just have to figure how I want to do it as in what regular foods to eat. It's a nice problem to have. :)
I drink 8 - 10 glasses of water and hot tea every day and I exercise every day only taking a day off maybe once every two weeks or so. Getting lots of smiles. Things are going well and I am pleased. Next spring I may decide to drop another 10 lbs, but I'm okay where I am at for now.

Youngest DS has ran in 20 degree weather .. I told hime he was nuts, LOL
Will get out for a walk today though as it's going to be 40 :)

I have been walking a bit with my friend & eating pretty good.
Have also been drinking lots of water.

I can't stand the fact iv has the issues still with siggies ::sigh::
Every time I post it is a different one! Shame on them for not even getting that issue fixed!
