Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Suzan...French Fries??!! Okay, so that's not as bad as all of the CAKE I ate last night at dh's bday party..and..had again this morning for breakfast!!! Yikes!!! I'm out of control!!! Well, you know what, tomorrow's another day and we can do better!! Laughing

I can't stand the fact iv has the issues still with siggies ::sigh::
Every time I post it is a different one!  Shame on them for not even getting that issue fixed!

Right direction is a good start even with french fries <wink>

Hugs, I can't say I'm "on track"... that would be too good to be true. But am headed in that general direction... which is a new start for me. (Says the gal who just had french fries for lunch) BTW, happy new year to you too (don't ya just love it?????) U R still at NY's and I'm already popped into spring. LOLOLOLOLOLOL so not

I have been walking a bit with my friend & eating pretty good.
Have also been drinking lots of water.

Thursday: Ate well, took diva for a rather long walk (45 minutes) good for both of us.... LOL Drank lots of water, had some fruit during the day... that was nice.

Youngest DS has ran in 20 degree weather .. I told hime he was nuts, LOL
Will get out for a walk today though as it's going to be 40 :)

UR right, one must be careful walking or nordic walking or etc in the freezing weather. I was driving home the other evening and saw a guy out jogging in sub zero weather on the icy sidewalks... thinking that is so treacherous....

Tonight, Jan. 22nd, I weighed in at my TOPS meeting and I am in my leeway. I lost 6.8 lbs this past week. Now I'll be figuring out what the best way is for me to do maintenance. I can do it and I'm pretty good at it, just have to figure how I want to do it as in what regular foods to eat. It's a nice problem to have. :)

I drink 8 - 10 glasses of water and hot tea every day and I exercise every day only taking a day off maybe once every two weeks or so. Getting lots of smiles. Things are going well and I am pleased. Next spring I may decide to drop another 10 lbs, but I'm okay where I am at for now.
