I'm getting settled into my food and exercise plan now. I write it out in the morning and don't really have to think about it the rest of the day - unless I change something.
Today is different in that I can't eat till about noon. My tests aren't till 10:45 and then I planned to go do a little shopping, so if I'm lucky, I'll get home about time for lunch!
UR doing soooo well. Let us know about the blood tests and the mammo. I think you are smart in not increasing the distance on the treamill, better to not have the hip pain,, and if you keep up daily with what you can (painlessly) then that's enough. SUPER!

Thanks. I won't know about the blood tests for a week, when I see my doctor, but I'll let you know what they show and what she says.

Finally lost the 5 lbs. I gained over the holiday season! I'm back to my pre-holiday weight, and I feel great! :smileyhappy:

Well I did eat pizza last night but not too much of it and drank it with Diet Coke and not a nice, glass of red wine ::SIGH::

main thing right now is NOT to gain... i'm at that point too... not losing but not gaining either... (phew) LOL
WTG if nothing other than not eating a lot of pizza, the diet coke, and no mud cake.
