Suzan..hope you're holding your own and hope you're resting and getting well too!!

Hilary...nice to enjoy pizza and wine and not gaining and that you can see a difference from your efforts!!

Coolfungirl...congrats and high fives on getting back to your goal!!

Ann...hope the tests come out good. Good on using your treadmill regularly and not over doing it! I have to put a bit of flavor in my water, too, or I won't drink enough of it. I use a flavored teabag that I keep in my glass all day and keep filling up the water. Fantastic on not even thinking about that candy bar!!
