Just take it easy Suzan until you see about your knees! Honestly, I feel for you big time {{hugs}} As for falling off the stool like that. I am still thinking about that! OUCH! That could have been a whole lot worse!

WTG Ruth .. seriously proud of you! This post about sums up what we all need to do. Combine healthy eating and portion control with exercise.

I will get back into things soon. It is SO hot here. Not using that as an excuse as I have plenty of exercise options. I just need to pull my finger out so to speak. Cool seeing you in this folder!

thank you , yes it could have been,,,, do NOt know how I did that,, thinking the stool had a back on it or something.... DUMB!
I think I might be making some headway with my knees, it's going to be a slow process but I tried somthing new (and no , not the falling off the stool) today and just have the feeling it might have helped.... I am perservering!

WTG! 7 lbs... that is a lot of weight.... bet you can start to feel that in your waistline of your pants....
Super on the treadmill, it is making a difference in limbering up that hip of yours,,, as much as it hurts the joints need movement.... yours proves that.... WTG again,,,, you must be feeling VERY happy about this.
