I'm hoping that this week is better,,, I only was able to do some simple leg exercises but I did upper and lower back exercises every morning... also had a daily walk in the forest. Would like to be able to pump up the volume on my exercise but not possible until the ole knees start to heal ....
Well, I'm having my colonoscopy this week--supposed to be my baseline 50+ but I've kept putting it off the past 11 years (lol)! As for staying hydrated--all the time. I think I'll be extra hydrated with a liquid diet on Tuesday (lol)! Hopefully, I will lose a little weight too--I've lost a couple of pounds this past week and would like to lose another five.
I haven't been able to walk much because of the smoke in the air from all the people burning their land--but I did some walking in place and hope to do more this week.
Fixed oven-fried Tilapia fillets yesterday and had tuna for lunch today--really trying to incorporate more fish into my diet! Even K surprised me and ate the Tilapia--he usually will only eat it deep fried--said it was good!
Again .. good luck on friday Michelle. It will be over and done with before you know it and what a relief! I love fish but don't cook it often. Glad *K* enjoyed his meal too .. you can have it again!
I'm just doing bare minimum so as not to overdo. Snow shoveling is NOt helping me. Anway, it's just so painful at night,, I tried ice for a chage thinking "inflammation" but I suffered dearly for that idea....
OK we'll try together then,,, I started by getting up and making homemade minestrone soup and celery root for dinner. Why do we do this to ourselves... ? SEafood buffet does sound delicious though,,,, we just have to keep them to a special occasion...
Wedneday.....Did the Wii fit Plus for 35 min...(LOVE IT)...Walked on the treadmill for 30 min.... a little over an hour of exercise today....whew...I am tired....Also ate well but light.....YEA....'normal to small'

I will exercise today but have a pinched nerve in my shoulder.
SEafood buffet does sound delicious though,,,, we just have to keep them to a special occasion...
