Well, I'm having my colonoscopy this week--supposed to be my baseline 50+ but I've kept putting it off the past 11 years (lol)! As for staying hydrated--all the time. I think I'll be extra hydrated with a liquid diet on Tuesday (lol)! Hopefully, I will lose a little weight too--I've lost a couple of pounds this past week and would like to lose another five.
I haven't been able to walk much because of the smoke in the air from all the people burning their land--but I did some walking in place and hope to do more this week.
Fixed oven-fried Tilapia fillets yesterday and had tuna for lunch today--really trying to incorporate more fish into my diet! Even K surprised me and ate the Tilapia--he usually will only eat it deep fried--said it was good!

I will exercise today but have a pinched nerve in my shoulder.
Wedneday.....Did the Wii fit Plus for 35 min...(LOVE IT)...Walked on the treadmill for 30 min.... a little over an hour of exercise today....whew...I am tired....Also ate well but light.....YEA....'normal to small'
