Please share the things you did to work towards a *healthier* and therefore *happier* you!

Exercise: Any exercise whether it was walking, housework, going to the gym, gardening! All activity counts.

Healthy diet choices: You made, or didn't make!

Water: Did you drink enough?

Diet Plan if applicable: For those going to TOPS, Weight Watchers or similar we would really like to know how you are going.

Darn it!! Here it is Sunday the 3rd and I just found this thread!! Lost a whole week! Hard to find new threads buried WAY down the board on another page!! I wish iVillage would..well..never mind..you know. Frown

It's been a good week for me. I've been busy getting off a few pounds that I'd gained back and am about half way there. I've been eating low cal and healthy every day, drinking lots of water, exercising every day and feeling good!

Suzan..Your bending and stairs was a lot of exercise! Nice on the long shopping walk! That's the fun kind of exercise!

Hugs..You're doing great too! Doing all the right things!

Here's hoping next week is a good one too!

Suzan for Saturday: 

Well the week went OK for a change.
today (sat) I went out early to shop around (not buy) and gee never got home until 4:30, that was what I call a really nice long walk.   I'm bushed.  LOL

Suz's MOnday:

did OK today.  No snacks for a change.. had a big dinner though of Thai noodles- although I did no real exercise as I was too busy decluttering etc, I did a lot of bending and stairs... so I'm satisfied with that.

So on to Tuesday.
