You are off to a good start. WTG
It was OK. We ate much healthier and went for a walk with diva. We took naps, (me for 2.5 hrs, I was really tired ). I threw away a bag of cookies and don't have much left in the house that's nasty. (one pint of van illa ice cream and a few cookies ) which I will polish off this week and I won't be buying any more. That's it for me!

I did well with exercise as I took diva for a long walk, it was invigorating. Ate well, had my 3 fruits for a change... had a simple lunch with OJ, and no snacks. Dinner was healthy and portion was normal. (my new normal portion that is) . The salad of watercress, arugula, slivered carrots, sauteed mushrooms, some sea bass , and a bit of grated parmesan cheese on top, with a drizzle of EVOO & balsamico. But I'm hungry tonight though. Guess I'll opt for a skim fruit yogurt.
