If you could also just lay in the sun and soak in some rays (protected with sunscreen of course),,, it would be good for your cough.

Suzan: Monday
It was OK. We ate much healthier and went for a walk with diva. We took naps, (me for 2.5 hrs, I was really tired ). I threw away a bag of cookies and don't have much left in the house that's nasty. (one pint of van illa ice cream and a few cookies ) which I will polish off this week and I won't be buying any more. That's it for me!

I just planned tonight's dinner , went out and bought fresh watercress and arugula (rocket ) , some plain low fat yogurt for the bulgar pilav we're having and that's that. I passed by the cookies and didn't even look.

Suzan's Monday:
I did well with exercise as I took diva for a long walk, it was invigorating. Ate well, had my 3 fruits for a change... had a simple lunch with OJ, and no snacks. Dinner was healthy and portion was normal. (my new normal portion that is) . The salad of watercress, arugula, slivered carrots, sauteed mushrooms, some sea bass , and a bit of grated parmesan cheese on top, with a drizzle of EVOO & balsamico. But I'm hungry tonight though. Guess I'll opt for a skim fruit yogurt.

1-12-12: Am pleased to say it was a thumbs up day all the way around. Healthy eating, plenty of water/tea, 10,603 steps so far (will be a bit more before bed time)including 5025 aerobic steps, a little stretching/yoga and a little strengthening exercise. Also plenty of smiles and hugs.
