first off, I'm glad to hear you are doing better. Take it easy though. How's your dh doing with his back?

Our kids have all sorts of talents that we don't know about... (trimming around the trees).

Well try to keep on track at least partially and rest, that's important... with that stuffy nose of yours maybe you want to consider upping your water intake,,,, ;O)

The weekend averaged out to okay. I did not do well on Saturday with my food plan. It was a "see food" diet kind of day (I see food - I eat it). But I did

HILARY...Glad you're almost over that cold!! Mowing & edging is a lot of work when you're not feeling well. Good you're taking it slow getting back to classes for now. Hope your husband's back is better!

ANN...Good you lost a pound even though you overate Saturday! That's always a nice surprise when that happens!! Hey, we can't be good all the time!! ;) I need to get a bigger purse so I can take my own water and snack to the movie theater.

SUZAN...Hope you are doing well also and feeling well too!!

ME...I stayed on track over the weekend! We eat out a lot, but I'm watching what I order and taking foods home with me too. I'm looking forward to a good weigh-in tomorrow night!!

TIP: One thing I do that helps me a lot when I'm feeling like snacking or eating something sweet is to do this...not the most healthy thing to do, but it works for me...I chew a stick of Extra brand Dessert Delights sugarfree gum. My favorite flavor is Strawberry Shortcake. I only feel a need to chew a stick later in the evening when I'm feeling like I want "something". That and another tall glass of green tea with orange, passion fruit & jasmine works for me!!

Have a good week everyone and stay strong!! I'll be back tomorrow night to report in on my loss at TOPS.

Weekend was not the best, but am back on track for Monday. Mostly healthy food choices, plenty of water/tea, exercise along with smiles and hugs. Not sure how much aerobic steps I got because my pedometer doesn't seem to be counting my aerobic steps correctly.

Good Gail, glad you're mostly back on track!!

My pedo isn't working right either. I'll take it tomorrow for a new battery and see if that's it.

Thanks, Donna. Am going to check my pedo again today and maybe even switch pockets. Have had mine a number of years and am wondering if it has just gotten old so it doesn't work right any more.

Hope a battery does it for your pedo.

nothing like digital scales, very accurate, no secrets. (which is a bummer most of the time LOL)
