Exercise....Husband and I began walking daily again last Monday. The first day was awful, slow walking, only could do one lap, lots of pain. Second and third days were not as bad, still a lot of pain, but was able to do two laps. Thursday still only two laps, but less pain. Friday felt great!! I did three laps, had a lot less pain, walked at a faster rate of speed and didn't have to stop as often to catch my breath and felt energized when finished. Today I'll be pushing for four laps!! It's amazing how fast the body strengthens itself when you treat it right!!
I know on the no alcohol!

HILARY..OMGosh..You gifted me!!! How totally awesome and how adorable those tags are!!! Thank you ever so very much!!!! Love them both!!! I'm having the follow me tag linked. I've been told how to do that in the past and I'm normally pretty smart about those things, but for whatever reason, it didn't work at that time. So, rather than tax my brain...lol...I'm having it done for me. As soon as I pick it up tomorrow, I'll add it also.
For images, I only use the link icon above, not the "tree" one. Usually, I have to click on Preview and then HTML and then back to Rich Text before I'll see it show up in my posting window.
Yes, it is amazing how fast the body strengthens when you do the right things!! What is really amazing this time, though, is that it is strengthening a lot faster than it has in the past. I have no idea why, but I sure do like it!! We didn't get to walk today, had too much going on, and tonight we went to a family bday party and I ate way too much!! Ughhh..feeling like a puffy slug!!! Back on track tomorrow!!
